HOW DO I ORDER?
In order to produce a high quality portrait of your pet or family member I will need an image you love (or a couple for me to use as reference) with as much clarity and detail as possible, the clearer the image the better the finished portrait.
I am happy to receive your images via;
- facebook messenger or
- post (please don’t send originals, only copies, as I would hate them to get lost in the post!)
PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE
If you are a local resident and you don’t have any suitable photos, for a small fee, I also offer a photography service (using a Sony DSLR Camera) so that we can get a great image to work from.
I can also group subjects together from multiple photos should you want a group portrait for all of your furry friends and/or family members.

I take great pride in my work and as such only use the best products I can to ensure you receive a quality product that will last the test of time.
All products used to create each portrait are quality Archival Products.
These include:

- 300gsm Arches Hot Press Watercolour Paper
MONEY MATTERS
A deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking. Should you choose not to proceed with your commission a refund will be issued unless the piece has already been started, in which case the deposit is non refundable.
I am happy for you to make payments on your commissions at any time. I accept payment via, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Cash or Bank Cheque.Please see the Pricing page for further information
WHEN WILL MY ARTWORK BE COMPLETED?
All commissions are done in order of date received and depending on work load it will usually take 4-8 weeks from date of ordering until your portrait is posted. All outstanding monies, including postage must be received prior to your artwork being sent. If you are purchasing for a gift or special occasion, please let me know at the time of ordering as I would hate for you to be disappointed if I cannot meet your timeframe. At the time of ordering you will be advised of an approximate completion date.
HOW WILL YOU SEND MY COMPLETED ARTWORK?
All of my work is sealed using quality fixatives or sealants and will be wrapped in cellophane before final packaging postage via your preferred postage method. Please see the Packaging & Shipping page for further details
SOCIAL & PRINT MEDIA
Your commission may be used as a way to promote my work through social media, and print either during the process via work in progress photos or at the completion of the project. If your portrait is to be a surprise or you just don’t want your piece out in the big wide world for all to see, just let me know before hand. Your privacy is always a priority.
